Job Description
· Prepare invoices.
· Compile and process information such as prices, discounts, shipping rates etc.
· Ensure customers are invoiced correctly for products and services offered.
· Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail.
· Coordinate with dispatch department for timely delivery of goods.
· Process credit notes
· Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments etc.) & maintenance of customer data.
· Prepare and provide stock statement.
· Manage distributor / customer compliance.
· Inventory management.
· Indenting for production
· Communication with sales team for excess inventory for liquidation of such stock.
· Check stock on regular basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
