Operation Management Years of Experience : Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in IT industry Qualification : Any Graduate Location : Hyderabad Job Profile : 1.
Vendor Management – a. Ensure seamless vendor management and timely on-boarding of vendor resources b. Work closely with IT procurement to manage all the new and existing vendor engagement c. Co-ordination with internal teams to ensure timely payments d. Managing ERP and all the new vendor engagement for Market Innovation 2. Audit & Legal – a. Ensure all the process and documentation are as per the Audit requirement b. Front leading Department for Audit c.
Explain the process, gathering and provide supporting to Audit and close all the open points as per the timelines defined for observation closure d.
Closely work with legal team for all the new vendor on-boarding, patents etc. 3. Department Budget Management – a. Budget Planning and management of Market Innovation b. Monitoring budget utilization and spends in different project and reporting c. Analyse Budget vs Actual and estimated expenditure and provide justification on Q-Q or H1-H2 utilization d. Initiate Budget transfer request as per the project requirement 4. Documentation - a. Ensure safekeeping of all the critical document b. Ensure time to time review of SOP and update whenever required 5.
Others :
a. Timely update to management on project progress and discuss challenges b. Managing internal and management level approval c. Preparing and maintaining trackers/presentation consumed by higher management
