Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Centre Director to develop and implement the Centre's strategic direction and mission.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the Centre's general operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-standard service delivery.
Team Management and Development: Lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting a positive culture to achieve service excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders within the Centre, Faculty, University, and community.
Resource Management: Implement and manage the Centre's business planning and budgeting process in alignment with Faculty and University processes.
Requirements
Possess relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar role within a large, complex organisation.
Have a proven track record of effectively leading operations and motivating staff to deliver high-quality services.
Demonstrate strong budget and financial management, planning, and project delivery skills.
Excel in interpersonal communication and negotiation, with the ability to build productive relationships across diverse groups.
Show appreciation for culturally sensitive issues and the ability to navigate cross-cultural contexts.
Have experience standardising and consolidating administrative services for maximum efficiency.
