Job Title: Shift engineer Electrical (EO/SEO) Department: Admin Premises
Reports to: Sr. Manager , Admin Premises Experience: 3 to 5 years
Required Qualification: Diploma / BE Electrical Preferred Qualification: Diploma / BE Electrical
Skill, Knowledge Trainings
Strong academic and practical knowledge of Electrical maintenance Projects.
Core Competencies: Electrical Maintenance Functional Competencies:
DG set, Switchgears, ACB, MCCB, Cables
maintenance. Data Centre equipments
Job Purpose: Building Residential flats civil Maintenance,
Area of Operations Key Responsibility
HT LT Switchgear Maintenance, Panel
Maintenance. DG set Maintenance. VRV Air
conditioning Maintenance.
• Daily monitoring upkeep of various
equipments like DG set, UPS, Electrical
Panels, Air Conditioning.
• To plan Predictive Preventive
maintenance of the equipments
• Analyze the Root cause failures
breakdowns of equipments.
• To design electrical and HVAC system.
• Data Center electrical maintenance.
Precision AC maintenance etc.
• Installation and commissioning of
electrical equipments
Any Other Requirement: Hardworking Passionate, Self Starter. LOTO, Electrical Safety
knowledge.
