Job Description
• · You will be responsible for delivering the overall functions related to the clients in stipulated time.
• · Monitor, Manage and direct to the team to achieve client satisfaction.
• · Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for operational activities.
• · Build strong relationship by addressing client’s issues and complaints in a timely manner.
• · Provide operational support and guidance to the team.
• · Manage work assignment and allocation for resource persons.
• · Conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to the team member.
• · Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
• · Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with team to discuss about issues, concerns, updates etc.
• ·· Communicate client’s issues with the team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
• · Assist clients to monitor all software implementation life cycle and assist make appropriate customization to all software for clients.
• · Train client technical staff on all hardware and software issues and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for same.
• · Review system issues and act suitably.
• · Analyze system and compile system change needs as requested by customer.
• · Improve software to meet client’s business needs and follow best practices, standards and documentation.
• · Coordinate with client to resolve issues.
• · Handle client request priorities.
• · Extend user support and training to customer and support users.
• · Record and manage customer specific implementation user guides for company application’s user community.
• · Configure changes and upgrade software systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
