Job Description:
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Chain of Supply• Ensure that all raw materials, purchased items, and spare components are purchased (Scheduling, Follow-up, Bill of Material matching).• In charge of keeping inventories within standards: The primary duty is to guarantee the timely availability of the material according to the plan.• Keep up with supplier relations.• Make sure there are no production delays caused by a lack of parts.• Ensure KANBAN is used for procurement, and monitor and enhance its efficiency.• Ensure prompt vendor assistance material delivery to subcontractors and prompt finished material receipts.• Examining weekly or daily shortages and developing a plan of action.• Assure complete adherence to the spare parts and supplier schedule.• Work together with the development and sourcing teams for vendor quality components.• Keep track of and manage certain inventory levels.Experience12-16 YrsQualificationsEngineering graduate with post-graduate work (such as an MBA) in either supply chain or operations.Exposure to Global Supply Chains & International Manufacturing (Preferable).Normative RequirementsExcellent Manufacturing Practices• The complexity of the global supply chain management.• The capacity of the drives.• Attention to Detail.• Inventory Control.• SAP expertise (E.g.
