The Marketplace Protection Team is currently looking for an Operations Analyst, focused on the ++designs by Vista business, who will be responsible for analyzing payments (incoming and outgoing) and other site exchanges for risk of fraud, as well as completing daily tasks to ensure timely payments to designers and provide quick assistance to clients, designers, and support teams about payments- or fraud-related queries. This is not your average Operations Analyst role, so were seeking that special someone that has a balanced skillset and can manage reviewing high-risk transactions while providing clear, thorough, and friendly support about payments. The position will report into the Fraud and Marketplace Protection Manager and will be part of the Cimpress Treasury team.

Key Responsibilities include the following:
• Review high risk payments, payouts, project invoices, and contest prize awards for threats of payment fraud, money laundering, and other types of fraudulent activity
• Communicate with clients and designers to answer payments-related queries
• Work closely with Client and Designer Support Teams to assist with payments-related functions
• 1-4 years of experience in performing various pattern analysis of fraudulent payments activity
• Research & compile evidence in response to payment disputes and chargebacks
• Collaborate with Marketplace Protection teammates to further develop and better our existing risk management and payment tools
• Open to work in Australian shifts
Required Personal Attributes
• Able to work well under pressure and be decisive & confident in urgent situations
• Skilled at prioritizing any tasks at hand
• Exceptionally organized with a strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and partnership skills with ability to build and convey business insight
• Analytically-minded, proactive, and technologically apt individual who truly enjoys diving deep into problems until solutions are found
• Passionate about protecting site users and stopping fraud in its tracks
