Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead - Operations to support our Direct Apply function and link students to their dream college. The role requires strong organizational skills and a profound aspiration to help students make the right decision for their next academic steps. This is a global role where the Team Lead will be managing the backend operations of applications coming from Cialfo schools across different regions.
Responsibilities
• Train and mentor team of Operations Specialists to execute their day to day work
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of the team in assessing and entering application information to the relevant portal.
• Review tasks and additional requirements for the students and work with the team to receive these from the student.
• Ensure that the student’s platform is up to date at all times with relevant results and status information.
• Support the smooth running of the Operations team.
• Build reports to track data on applications, offers, and acceptances by region and circulate them for the attention of the relevant internal teams, to support their prioritisation of follow up activities.
• Review and address errors and issues relating to documents being processed through the pipeline through internal stakeholder management.
• Overseeing pipeline and KPI of Operations Specialists and ensuring they accomplish their goals
• Working closely with Senior Management in ensuring smooth functioning of Operations Team
• Working cross-functional with other departments for any ad-hoc projects if required
Requirements
• Flexibility with regards to working times given the global nature of the team and clients.
• Creative, Strategic, and data-informed
• An understanding of universities’ academic programs and admissions processes.
• Experience working with university representatives in application and/or admission-related matters. Knowledge of UK applications through UCAS is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
• A winning attitude which you use to drive outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology.
• Excellent organisational, data management, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor.
