Responsibilities - Manage all clinical operations including patient admission, patient discharge, billing, Medico-legal cases.
Coordinate with Operation Theatre, OT booking, patients, Security, housekeeping, etc. Manage internal transfers & LAMA. implement NABH Protocols and follow its guidelines. Prepare SOPs. Coordinate with other ancillary departments and ensure Quality Patient Care. Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly MIS and follow the reporting protocols.
• Administrative duties such as keeping inventory of medical equipment and supplies, setting staff schedules, updating and maintaining patient records, and being an information resource for patients and healthcare workers
• Financial duties such as ordering medical supplies; managing the revenue cycle; and overseeing patient billing, claims, and reimbursement
• Managing the healthcare facility’s policies and procedures, ensuring that best practices are followed, and resolving cases where the facility is out of compliance
• Finding innovative ways to optimize the level of healthcare while also reducing the facility’s costs
• Developing departmental goals and objectives for workers to improve the patient experience
Skills: Must be well versed with Computers and HIS. Must be fluent in English, Hindi Communication both verbal and written, must be able to redress grievances with TAT, must be a team player and be able to groom the team members for optimal patient care and quality services, Must deliver results.
Qualification: BAMS + MBA - Hospital Administration
Experience - Minimum 10 Years of experience of managing IPD/ wards & Emergency ICUs of the Hospital

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
