. Managing vendor/partner relationships & negotiations
• Planning, managing & scouting for logistics partners
• Assessing inventory needs in time through reports and place orders
• Managing end-to-end operations, inventory checks, etc.
• Overlooking internal operations and quality
• . Scouting new vendors for new product packaging needs etc
• . Organising and maintaining entie data on excel and software
• Participating in and managing the marketing events conducted for brand awareness and development
