• Team handling
• Ensuring that all operational activities are done to avoid customer escalation and compliance related issues
• Periodic reconciliations to be performed on time
• Preparation of MIS and highlighting the same to respective teams / stake holders
• Processing of vendor invoices pertaining to courier
• Timely actioning on activities pertaining to SEBI
• Carrying out UAT for system development
• Handling calls which are received from Sales team, regional Ops team
• Co-ordination with CPC account opening team, customer service team, other Ops teams for various projects.
• Identifying the gaps between the processes and tightening the same
• Suggesting various Ideas for process improvement
• Minimum experience of 2 years
