Our Mississauga facility is looking for an Opeations Administrative Assistant to join our team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individiual to support the Bakery Leadership team to review, develop and maintain Standard Operating Proceudres (SOPs) and Line Operating Standards (LOS). This role will involve a hands-on collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure training materials and operational documents are clear, accurate and aligned with current practices and standards


Location: Mississauga, ON.

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (3 months)

Wage: $20/hr


Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Bakery Leader to review and update existing SOP and LOS documentation.
Assist in the creation and formatting of new SOPs and LOS as operations and training standards evolve.
Participate in on-floor process reviews to understand current practices and translate them into standardized documentation.
Assist with gathering, organizing, and maintaining training materials, ensuring proper document control and easy access to reference documents.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation reflects accurate, safe, and efficient procedures.
Identify gaps in documentation and recommend areas for clarification or improvement.
Ensure all training and operational documents meet company formatting and compliance standards.
Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program
Strong communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail and consistency.
Comfortable working both in office and production environments.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in food manufacturing or documentation roles is an asset but not required.
