Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Agent, you’ll support multiple areas of the hotel to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.
Deliver friendly, professional service and respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns.
Manage guest arrivals and departures, including processing transactions accurately.
Support Food & Beverage operations, including barista service, hosting, and serving food and drinks.
Maintain clean, safe and welcoming public and guest areas throughout the hotel.
Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks, ensuring service areas are stocked and organised.
Work collaboratively across departments to support hotel operations and resolve maintenance or operational issues.
This role works as a receptionist (3pm-11pm) for 3 days, and night audit (11pm-7pm) 2 days a week.
What You’ll Bring
Previous hospitality experience, ideally within Front Office or Food & Beverage.
A genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work across multiple tasks and departments in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, reliability and strong attention to detail.
Physical fitness to support a hands-on operational role.
Confidence working with guests from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
