• Reconciliation of books of accounts of investments and custodian banks
• Managing bank reconciliations on daily basis
• Working on cash reconciliation on daily basis and position reconciliation as per SLA
• Reporting discrepancies and cash balances
• Liaising with various departments in regards to cross functional queries raised
• Reconcile portfolios and resolve all discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Research and resolve exceptions, reconciliations, incorrect transactions and issues
• Maintaining excel records on a daily basis
• Analysing & auditing of bank accounts
• Assisting and reviewing of draft financial statements
• Assisting with Audit queries
• Monitoring and analyzing the Cash Flow and conducting due diligence
• Trade accounting with custodians of International markets (LSE & LU)
Job Specifications:
• Minimum 3 years experience in reconciliation
• Knowledge of Accounting entries & various treatment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work with multiple departments
