About the role:
As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.
What you’ll do:
Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States
Complete applications for provider licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of CertifyOS customers
Validate and authenticate information updated on the licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy
Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for CertifyOS customers
Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed
What you'll need:
Fluency in English
A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
Strong attention to detail
Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
