Key Responsibilities
• Support execution of digital campaigns on the e-learning platform medspace
• Manage and update website content, product pages, and landing pages
• Assist with content scheduling, posting, and basic engagement
• Coordinate with design agencies or internal teams
• Track and report basic digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, leads)
• Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and CRM uploads
• Maintain digital assets, content calendars, and campaign documentation
Nature of the Role
• Execution and coordination-focused
• Works closely with marketing, sales, medical, and external agencies
• Not a decision-making role, but critical for smooth day-to-day digital operations
• Exposure to pharma marketing, regulated content, and international markets (especially Africa)
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and online campaign execution.
• Experience with WhatsApp, email marketing tools, and basic analytics.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) for chat and customer support.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, platform management, or customer support (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
