Job Purpose
The Operations and Export Administrator will provide administrative and data management support to ensure the smooth running of the company’s export operations. The role involves maintaining operational records, preparing documentation, and supporting logistics coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
The Operations and Export Administrator will be responsible for:
Maintaining accurate records of export orders, shipment schedules, and distributor information
Preparing and organising export documentation including invoices, shipping records, and operational reports
Updating and maintaining company databases relating to operational activities, suppliers, and distributors
Assisting with the preparation and organisation of documents required for export shipments and logistics coordination
Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems for company's operational records
Monitoring shipment schedules and updating relevant operational records
Communicating with logistics providers, suppliers, and distributors to obtain required operational information
Generating operational data reports to assist management in monitoring business activities
Assisting with inventory tracking and maintaining records of product availability
Providing administrative support to management relating to export operations and contractor coordination
Skills and Experience
Applicants should demonstrate:
Previous experience in administration, operations support, or export documentation
Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of operational information
Effective communication and coordination skills

Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
