We are looking for experienced operations and maintenance to help us implement the right processes across the company and enable business growth. Youll assess our departments operational methods and propose ways to improve them. Project management and effective communication are important operation supervisor skills for multiple Solar Plants To succeed is this role, you should also be a good problem-solver with sharp, analytical thinking. If you are result-oriented and have excellent organizational skills, wed like to meet you. Experience in Solar PV Rooftop plants will be preferred.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong computer proficiency
• Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial.
• Relevant training and/or certifications as an Operations Associate
• OM Manager shall be responsible for ensuring proper scheduling of cleaning, breakdown, and preventive maintenance activities. All reports are to be sent to client with their comments within 4 hrs of the activity being completed.
• OM Manager shall prepare MIS and check the vendor bills and coordinate with accounts for payments.
• OM Manager shall coordinate with purchase on warranty claims.
• OM executive to report to ONM Manager.
