Employment Type: Full-Time (33 hours per week)
Reports To: Owner
Hours: Monday 8:30am to 4:00pm
Tuesday to Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm

RPM Moto is a growing e-commerce business based on the Gold Coast, supplying motorbike parts and accessories to customers across Australia and internationally. We pride ourselves on fast dispatch, excellent customer service and a seamless online shopping experience.
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Operations Assistant to join our team. This role combines hands-on order fulfilment with customer service, stock management and administration support — ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment (Core Duty)
Assist with preparing daily order paperwork and promotional items
Pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure all orders are checked for quality and accuracy before shipping
Dispatch orders in the online ordering system
Manage packaging supplies and maintain a clean, organised workspace
Inventory & Warehouse
Receive and check supplier deliveries
Restock and maintain product shelving
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
Customer Service & Admin
Respond to customer enquiries via email, webchat and phone (order updates, returns, product questions)
Assist customers instore with enquiries and pickup orders
Process refunds, returns, exchanges and warranty claims
Assist with basic reporting (sales, stock movement)
Marketing & Product Support
Assist with website product updates as needed
Support promotions and sales campaigns with content or admin tasks
General Operations
Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Previous experience in customer service, retail or e-commerce fulfilment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, basic spreadsheets)
Reliable, organised and able to manage tasks independently
Desirable (but trainable):
Experience with e-commerce platforms
Customer service background
