MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist to build the pricing and product model
• Assist to manage the end-to-end workflow requirements of the pricing and product
• Assist to manage the end-to-end workflow requirements of e-billing run process
• Resolve and assisting any pricing, product and billing inquiries or problem solving in a timely manner
• Cross analyzing data to identify any variations of usages, charges and other potential revenue leakage points via consolidation, reconciliation, validation, and correction of data
• Ensure all maintenance and continuous improvement of KPIs relating to all areas of pricing, product, and billing.
