Order Fulfillment & Packing
Coordinate and execute daily order packing at warehouse/dispatch center
Ensure packaging quality, labelling accuracy, and timely handovers to courier partners
Maintain inventory of packing materials and manage reorders proactively
Logistics & Delivery Management
Manage courier and delivery partner accounts (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart)
Monitor delivery SLAs, handle escalations, and resolve customer delivery issues
Track and reduce RTO (Return to Origin) and failed delivery rates
Vendor & Inventory Management
Coordinate with raw material, packaging, and manufacturing vendors
Monitor inbound shipments and stock levels; raise purchase orders as required
Perform regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Platform Operations (E-commerce & CRM)
Update SKUs, prices, and inventory across platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Monitor payment, refund, and COD reconciliation across channels
Generate reports on daily orders, cancellations, and returns
Marketing & Social Media Support
Coordinate logistics for influencer kits, giveaway shipments, and marketing campaigns
Maintain calendar for campaign drops, sample inventory, and partner collaborations
Support execution of offline events/pop-ups when required
Process & Reporting
Maintain operational checklists and SOPs
Share daily/weekly MIS reports for orders, returns, delivery performance, etc.
Suggest and execute process improvements for better efficiency and customer experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
