Operations Associate - India
For 35 years, SVB Financial Group (NASDAQ: SIVB) and its subsidiaries have helped innovative companies and their investors move ambitious ideas forward, fast. SVB Financial Group’s businesses, including Silicon Valley Bank, operate at the intersection of innovation and capital, and provide a comprehensive range of financial services including commercial banking, investment solutions, research and insights, funds management and private banking and wealth advisory. SVB helps high growth companies in the technology, life science and healthcare, private equity and venture capital, and premium wine industries navigate at every stage. Description:
Responsible for performing the department’s daily operational tasks and providing operational support to internal business partners and/or Clients.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to establishing and ongoing maintenance activities related to –
o Client accounts, loans, and/or cards
o KYC/Non-KYC Documents
o Payments
o Reconciliations
o Other banking transactions
Researching or reconciling information
Acting as a routine point of contact
Performing assigned functions efficiently while ensuring all regulations, procedures, and polices are adhered to
Recommending potential process improvements
Providing help to ensure the day-to-day functions are executed within timelines
