1. Team Management
a. Allocation academic tasks to team members for timely service implementation to
students
b. Ensuring timely completion of all academic compliances from team
c. Checking team performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis and conducting
periodical performance reviews
d. Checking the team accountable for the tasks and responsibilities
e. Managing team members to complete their academic & operations work in time
f. Ensuring all academic reports on technology are maintained and filled by the team for timely analysis
