Employment Status: Full-Time
Starting Hourly Rate: $21.50 per hour
Address: 325 Front St W, Lower level, Toronto Toronto ON M5V 2Y1
New Hire Schedule: Monday to Friday 9-5

Job Summary
How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for supporting operations, culinary department, PID’s, contract distribution and general data entry.
As an Operations Clerk, you will:
Compile, organize, manage, and update data and information, by example in entering contracts into Catertrax
Prepare production reports for all daily catered events
Complete full training on Allergen certificate and implement into daily communication and documentation
Coordination communication between various departments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and keep all parties informed of general business
About you:
1-2 years’ experience in an administrative/data entry role preferred
Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent typing skills (type 40-60 wpm.)
Strong data entry with focus on attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
