Location: Chullora Operations Control Centre (OCC), Sydney
Type: Full-time | Immediate Start Available
Industry: Bus & Coach Transport
NSBC Group is expanding and seeking a motivated Operations Co-Ordinator to join our professional team at our modern Chullora Control Centre. From this central hub, you’ll play a key role in supporting operations across five satellite depots servicing the Greater Sydney area and the Snowy Mountains region.
About the Role
This is a diverse and fast-paced role offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a cohesive and experienced operations team. You’ll be responsible for coordinating vehicle movements, supporting drivers, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

· Roster includes weekdays and rotating weekends

We’re after a hands-on operator who can think quickly, stay organised, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers whilst available
Ideal candidates will possess:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or logistics
· Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
· Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
· TMS (Transport Management System) experience (preferred)
· Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
· Sound knowledge of Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle/Hunter regions
· Neat and professional appearance
· Minimum MR License (mandatory)
· Available to work a rotating roster and be available on weekends.
