About the role
Join VANISH, a small but impactful not-for-profit supporting people affected by adoption, donor conception, and out-of-home care. We’re seeking a warm, organised and digitally savvy Operations Coordinator on a 12-month contract to cover a period of parental leave.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our community, ensuring smooth office operations, supporting our programs and events, and streamlining systems. You’ll work closely with our CEO and team to keep things running efficiently and with care.
What you’ll bring
Proven administration, office management or program coordination experience (NFP, health or community sector preferred)
Strong communication, organisation and digital skills (Microsoft 365)
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., Xero).
Empathy and professionalism when engaging with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
A proactive, problem-solving approach.
