Join Manly Sailing as an Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee both administrative functions and on-water activities. This role offers a dynamic and flexible environment with opportunities for skill development and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage email correspondence and handle inquiries efficiently
Assist with staff scheduling and operational logistics
Support marketing initiatives, including updating web content and composing newsletters
Provide logistical support for on-water activities such as kayaking tours, sailing experiences, and tender operations
Lead or assist with on-water activities as needed, including running vessels and guiding clients
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with web updates and digital communication tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a small team and work independently
A valid powerboat license is preferred; eagerness to learn powerboat handling and sailing skills required
Prior experience on the water is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided
