About Donatkart :

DonateKart's objective is to work with businesses to execute their CSR programmes throughout the current fiscal year in order to support our PDR (Personalized Disaster Response) project.

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad

About Disaster Response Relief Project:

Donatekart has initiated a collaboration between corporates and specialized groups and organizations in disaster response for our PDR (Personalized Disaster Response) program under CSR. We aim to integrate disaster response into broader programs and consider it as a vital part of our overall approach. Rather than focusing on a single CSR project, our mission is to be available whenever a catastrophe occurs in India.

Roles:

Work closely with partnership team regards to information gathering, plans and updates on the disaster project

Identify and select the suitable vendors with respective state, district and village.

Compare quotes and negotiate with multiple vendors to get the best quote.

Place Purchase Order to the vendor

Initiates payment to the vendor.

Responsible for payments, accounting (get the invoices, eway bills from vendors)

Soon the payment is done, Project Coordinator is responsible to update the delivery timelines to the NGos prior to the deliveries.

Coordinate with NGO regarding quality, quantity and signed product received letter (PRL), after the delivery is completed

Update operations project manager regarding the status of each delivery.

Education & Experience Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree from premium colleges would be preferred .

0 to 3 years of experience in operations , negotiation , vendor management etc

Candidates with excellent negotiation skills are preferred

Candidates with experience in the Wholesale Grocery sector or HoReCa would be preferred .

Experience in managing external and internal facing project deliverables.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency with industry-standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software programs.
