Servicing the industrial, commercial and residential markets, we are a City of Calgary Prime Contractor, well-versed in all areas of concrete cutting, coring, scanning, demolition and other services that come with each industry.
The role:
The operations coordinator is the heartbeat of our daily operations and a key position working directly with our customers and work crews. This role is primarily office based and responsible for:
· Scheduling, coordinating, and assigning daily work tasks to our experienced team of operators.
· Liaising directly with our customers, taking and recording job requests.
· Assuring daily paperwork is prepared, distributed, and returned each day.
· General administrative functions such as inventory control.

What we’re seeking:
· A permanent, full-time operations coordinator to schedule and coordinate our work crews and be the first point of contact with our customers and employees.
· This is a key position within our daily operations and the right candidate must be dedicated, self-motivated, self-directed, and able to problem solve to assure smooth running operations.
· A highly customer service and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work, building relationships, and delivering a quality product.
What you bring:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Detail oriented with well-established computer literacy (e-mail and basic spreadsheets are a must).
· Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
· Solid time management skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
· Able to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours and Saturday’s when required.
· Previous knowledge of Concrete Cutting would be considered a strong asset.
