AceIPM is an online test prep platform that helps aspirants crack IPMAT in their first attempt. About the Internship:
You will be the face of AceIPM for our students. Student success is your middle name, and you take pride in ensuring that every student who enrols with us has a fantastic experience. From onboarding to general queries to escalations, you will handle it all.
This is a demanding but extremely gratifying role, as you will directly impact the lives of our students. If you have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide world-class customer service to our students via email, phone, and live chat
2. Be the first point of contact for students with regards to queries, concerns, or feedback
3. Onboard new students and help them get started with our products & services
4. Coordinate test uploading, time-table scheduling, and other logistics with students & faculty
Skills & Experience:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Both Hindi & English)
2. An empathetic approach to customer service. Proactive problem-solving skills
3. Prior experience in customer support or operations would be a plus but is not required
4. Computer literate, proficient with MS Office Suite and MathJax/MathML
