Leadership Responsibilities & Capabilities
•F&A Thought leaders and deep domain specialists in OTC/P2P/R2R provide Best in class industry view for India clients, support existing engagements, diagnostic, due diligence, client co-design workshops,
transformation engagement etc
• Hands on knowledge of leading tools and technologies in P2P/OTC/R2R space with Indian manufacturing and other industry segments
• Expertise on Indian Income tax (TDS and TCS), GST, MSME, ROC for the area of expertise in P2P/OTC/R2R
• Transformation and Improvement mindset
• OTC/P2P/R2R Practitioner role of leading and shaping winning proposal for Accenture India to India to clients
• Lead Sales growth and mining in existing India F&A accounts and industry segment
• Creating value propositions in deal, leading client orals, workshops and other key sales effectiveness activities from origination to win stage.
Purpose of the Role
• Trusted CFO advisor and leader
• Well versed with Industry Digital F&A technologies & leading tools, automation, AI etc
• Develop strong client relationships, drive client dialogues and process transformation for Accenture clients
Must Have Skills
• Experience in relevant stream for more than 10 years
• A strong desire to exceed expectations.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and other leading ERPs, reporting tools like Blackline, Trintech, Hyperion etc
