We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Coordinator for join our Food and Beverage team at The Londoner Hotel. This position is available on a part time basis, 24 hours per week spread over 3 days.

Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Coordinator to support the Food and Beverage Manager and the food and beverage team with day to day administration duties at The Londoner Hotel.
Your role will involve supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in the day to day coordination and administration for the food and beverage operation.
As food and beverage coordinator your will responsible for dealing with any special VIP enquires.
Assist with day-to-day administration tasks, scheduling meetings and interviews for the food and beverage team.
Continuous and consistent analysis of online feedback for individuals and the outlets.
Be capable of analysing customer statistics to highlight trends and areas of concern and feedback to the Food and Beverage manager.
About You:

You must have previous food and beverage experience within hotels and restaurants either from an operational perspective or in an Administration role.
You must have excellent administration skills both verbally and written, be highly organised and be able to multitask.
You will demonstrate your ability to proactively prioritise needs, put first things first, and effectively manage resources and time.
Display a working knowledge of the Hotel and Restaurant operation in order to assist internal & external clients.
It is vital you have excellent IT skills including excel and office 365.
