Shore Executive have been appointed to execute a high-profile appointment for £200 Million + turnover Fit Out Main Contractor who are seeking to appoint an Operations Director to join their business.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing and assuming accountability for all construction activities for the UK business. As the UK Operations Director you will be involved in methodology, design and project delivery. You will work closely with the commercial and pre-construction team which will include supporting financial planning for each project. A large part of your role will be to create and drive strategic goals ensuring initiatives are communicated and performed throughout the business.
This position would suit those already operating within a senior delivery / operational position who are seeking to progress their career to a board level appointment.
Please note: Salary and package are deemed as above market rate and negatable subject to the criteria being satisfied.

Due to the nature of the position, you will ideally match the following:
Experience of working for a prestigious Fit Out Main Contractor within a leadership capacity which is both construction and operationally focused
• Experience of executing and overseeing Office Fit Out projects which both D&B and traditionally procured
• Experience of both CAT A and CAT B projects
• Able to demonstrate you have grown the business / part of a business you have been responsible for
• Experience of contributing to commercial strategy
• Experience producing and delivering strategic planning to Board colleagues
• Currently responsible for a project portfolio of at least £50 Million
