Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive, located in Agra. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring effective operations management, and leveraging analytical skills to optimize processes. The role also includes coordinating with different teams, providing support to customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Experience in Operations and Operations Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Agra
• Relevant experience in the financial services or housing finance sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
