Full job description
1 Warehouse & Inventory Management Oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, supervise stock movement, ensure quality control, and implement best practices.
2 Delivery Coordination Plan and track product deliveries, coordinate with logistics, ensure on-time dispatch, and maintain delivery documentation.
3 Installation Management Coordinate installation schedules, ensure technician readiness, maintain installation quality, resolve issues, and log completed tasks.
4 Customer Complaints Handling & Resolution Manage customer issues related to delivery, defects, or installations, ensure timely resolution, and implement preventive measures.
5 Transport & Supplier Coordination Maintain communication with vendors, ensure timely inventory replenishment, coordinate transportation, and negotiate favorable terms.
6 Reporting & Documentation Generate reports on operations, track key metrics, maintain accurate records, and suggest operational improvements.
