Responsibilities:
· Assist in liaising with administration, recognized security organizations (RSO), flag states, port state control (PSC), and agents to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
· Support coordination with government authorities, classification societies, and other stakeholders for certification, surveys, and the validation of necessary certificates for the vessel’s trade.
· Assist in planning and organizing surveys and audits (ISM, ISPS, MLC, special surveys, renewal surveys, etc.) in line with classification society and flag state requirements.
· Monitor daily position reports (DPR) from ships and support the tracking of month-end documents to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
· Help update and amend manuals (safety management, operation manual, Sopep/Seemp, ship security plans) as required and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
· Support the preparation and follow-up of vessel plans and manuals with competent authorities and assist in handling corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities observed by auditors.
· Assist in fleet monitoring, SMS implementation, and communication with flag representatives and insurance brokers to ensure vessel compliance and certification requirements are met.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
