About Urban Trekkers:
Urban Trekkers is a growing outdoor adventure brand that curates offbeat trekking experiences, monsoon getaways, and nature programs across Maharashtra. We work closely with schools, colleges, and brands to create raw, nature-first travel experiences.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for one male and one female full-time Operations Executives who can assist in handling customer queries, social media, outreach to clients (like schools/brands), and general backend operations. You don’t need to know everything—we’ll train you. But you must be willing to learn, multitask, and communicate confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and phone
Make outreach calls to schools, colleges, and brands for trek/event collaborations
Create basic itineraries and participant sheets (format/templates will be provided)
Use Canva to make simple social media creatives (training will be provided if needed)
Manage Google Sheets and backend booking records
Assist in organizing local treks, content creator trips, and outdoor events
Work directly with the founder on day-to-day operations and strategy
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
