Key Skill Set Required: -
· Handling multiple stakeholders like client’s logistics team, truck drivers, internal backend teams, field technicians etc. to resolve client’s issue resolution.
· Client relations Management – Customer centric service delivery and relationship building.
· Service desk team for inbound calling process.
· Strong verbal and written communication.
· Ability to learn the software and suggest new processes.

· Work Experience – 1 Years +
· Education: Graduation
· Preferred background – BPO / E commerce / Logistics / Field operations with calling operations
