• Job Purpose
• To oversee and manage day-to-day operational tasks including logistics, order processing, and inventory management. The primary focus is to ensure that the company's operations are running efficiently and effectively.
• Principal Accountabilities
• Maintaining stock records - This involves keeping track of inventory levels and ensuring that the company has sufficient stock to fulfill customer orders.
• Order processing - Responsible for processing orders received from customers and sending them to the marketplace team for fulfillment.
• Updating records in software and admin panel - Updating records in the company's software and admin panel to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Creating dispatch reports and checking dispatches - This involves creating reports that summarize the company's dispatch activities, including the number of orders fulfilled and any issues that arose during the process and is responsible for checking that orders have been dispatched.
• Purchasing and receiving stock - Responsible for purchasing stock from vendors and receiving it into the company's inventory.
• Resolving operational issues - Must be able to identify and resolve any issues that arise in the operational processes to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
• Transferring data from DDR to tally - Exporting data from the DDR software to tally.
• Knowledge & Skills needed to deliver on the accountabilities
• Inventory Management.

• Time Management.
• Expertise in EXCEL
• Must be from e-commerce background.
