Job Description
What will you do? Responsible for managing day to day shifts, quality and engagement activities of upto 100 blue collar workers in the assigned region/city/business Ensure proactive and timely redressal of issues during onboarding, fulfillment and support of the workers Build long term relations and manage expectations of the workers for smooth day to day operations Comply with SOPs of the organization to ensure business/client requirements are religiously fulfilled What will enable you to do it? 1+ years of experience (preferably in field operations, fleet management or other similar roles) Willing to work from industrial areas of the city or remote locations based on the business and deliverables assigned Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi and any one south indian language (among telugu, tamil, kannada & malayalam) Bachelor degree or its equivalent Bike for daily commute
