A successful Baby Healthcare brand looking for a candidate to help us with our operations online, as well as coordinate some other day to day operational aspects.Position: - Operations Executive
Experience: - 1 to 3 years Needed
Location: - Andheri
Educational Qualification: - Graduate: -?~ Process orders on real time and accurate manner through individual portals like Amazon, Pickkr, Ship rocket, First Cry etc.
?~ Confirm Post Paid Orders prior processing.
?~ Order booking through shipping partner and generating shipping labels/ packing labels, upload manifest.
?~ Communicate order status and shipping details to our customers.
?~ Ensure and coordinate with Warehouse dispatch team and logistics partner ona daily basis whether the orders are picked up on timely manner.
?~ Co-ordinating with Logistic partners for various queries such as arranging pick up, enquiring about order delivery, availability of services and any other complaints that arise during the process of delivery.
?~ Respond to queries and emails as and when required.
?~ Checking of Prepaid Payments & COD remittance for all website orders and match the same with bank statement?EUR(TM)s every fortnight.
?~ MIS Reporting
