Essential:
1. Should have a working laptop with internet connectivity
2. Should be willing to be available in Mumbai Office at Mulund
3. Should have excellent communication skills
3. Should have ability to coordinate with management, internal team and clients including prospective clients

The Operations Executive would provide all required administration support for the Top Management.
The Operations Executive will also coordinate communication with SME clients in India and overseas on services and engagements being executed and also conduct meetings.
The Operations Executive would be involved in handling operations, demonstrating business control software tool to prospective clients, assisting clients in adopting the tool, handling functional role and obtaining feed back, providing feed back to development team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage client relationship and communication between management client
- Participate in corporate meetings online and offline
- submit reports on to management
- coordinate client meetings, client services
- ensure quality of service
- prepare PPT and presentations
- Visit clients when required (rarely)
- work closely with top management
- demonstrate business control software to clients when required
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent Communication skills in English - Reading, Writing and Speaking.
- Communication skills in Hindi and one additional language preferred
- maintain integrity in conduct and communication
- ability to work in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Soft skills in MS WORD, EXCEL and Powerpoint
- should possess laptop and internet connectivity
- ability to understand operations and business controls
