Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations and Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing logistics, customer calling, NDR tracking, and handling Amazon's portal for various operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage logistics and coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of orders
Handle customer calls and inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
Track NDR (Non-Delivery Report) and take appropriate actions to ensure successful delivery
Utilize Amazon's portal for various operational tasks, including restocking, sending items to the warehouse, tracking remittances, and managing exchanges and returns
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and accurate inventory management
Monitor order fulfillment and address any issues or delays proactively
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all operational tasks
Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Work closely with the customer support team to provide seamless assistance to customers
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using Amazon's portal and other relevant operational tools
Customer-centric mindset and dedication to providing outstanding service
Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Knowledge of home decor industry is a plus

Contract length: 6 months
Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
