Job description:
• Communicate directly with clients, guiding them through visa or application processes,
explaining requirements, and addressing their inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Prepare and review application documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant
regulations and requirements.
• Manage end-to-end visa processes, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and
government authorities to facilitate successful outcomes for clients of student visa or work
permit.
• Prepare and submit visa applications, supporting documents, and related operational work
to appropriate government agencies or consulates.
• Monitor the progress of visa applications, tracking milestones and ensuring timely follow-ups
to keep clients informed.
• Identify potential issues during the application process and proactively find solutions to
mitigate delays or complications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, application statuses, and
communications for future reference and reporting.
• Generate reports on application statuses, processing times, and other relevant metrics to
support management decisions and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments, including sales, legal, and
compliance, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Job Specification:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in visa and operations, preferably within a reputable visa consultancy
or agency.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures in various destination
countries.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple
tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact
confidently and diplomatically with clients and authorities.
• Proficiency in using immigration-related software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
