• Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee and optimize supply chain and logistics to meet company objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to ensure alignment of operational activities.
• Identify and address operational challenges and bottlenecks.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Enhance operational processes to drive productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in the development and management of budgets and financial planning.
• Maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers.
• Supervise and guide operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support the development of long-term operational strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a technology or renewable energy company.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and process optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
