Job Description
Coordinate with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences.
Manage the scheduling and posting of content on various social media platforms.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, project status, and deliverables using Excel spreadsheets.
Ensure timely delivery of design projects and communicate effectively with clients throughout the process.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer engagement processes and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement and social media management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a design or creative agency.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Prior experience in social media management is a plus.
Familiarity with design software and tools is desirable.
