We are hiring for Operations executive for Jakkur warehouse. Experience in fresh produce is preferred.
Roles & responsibilities
1.Keeping track of inwarding status of all SKUs into the DC and building systems for flawless operations
2.Overseeing and executing order management and dispatch processes including quality control on order segregation, invoicing and dispatch notes, ERP updates etc
3.Carrying out dispatch operations for all channels i.e. retail deliveries, direct-customer deliveries, deliveries to MDCs, and deliveries to hubs of 3rd party channels and B2B customers
4.Tracking all delivery status live on an ongoing basis to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries to customers. Securing confirmation from customers of these deliveries
5.Co-ordinating with 3P logistics providers for timely and quality deliveries, and for any returns and rejects from undelivered customer orders
6.Keeping DC and Hub in spick and span clean conditions for food-grade quality control
7.Adhering to all regulatory requirements of DC operations including trade, shops, fire and safety etc.
8.Sourcing and Onboarding blue collared employees as per requirements
+.Training the retail/B2B delivery executives on the app and preparing training presentations and SOP guides
10.Responding to the grievances of the customers through WhatsApp, SMS, calls as required.
11.Preparing reports and keeping a track of inventories. Preparing MIS reports on attendance, attrition rate, inventories and other data as required for analysis.
12.Constantly striving for customer delight and continuous improvement practices in operations

Salary: ₹8,687.32 - ₹24,000.00 per month
