Position : Operations Executive
Location : Bhatinda

We are an asset based canadian dispatch company having 3 branches in India.
Job Role:
• Acknowledge and accept tenders either directly from customers or from Logistics Coordinators.
• Ensure order is entered into TMS (customer, origin and destination, commodities, equipment/notes, billing/payment info. Import/Export) and other fields as required by the customer.
• Provide designated carrier with Rate Confirmation and confirm all pertinent information has been received and understood.
• Track and trace customer freight to ensure loads are moving on time and will meet the customer’s requirements.
• Provide customers with updates on freight movements according to the customer’s criteria.
• Work with the Logistics Coordinator and the Management team to resolve issues/problems that may arise during the transit of the freight.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide the best possible service and solutions.
• Provide back-up support within department during busy periods, vacations and unexpected employee absences.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to Management.
• Continually seek to improve the departmental processes for optimum efficiency. Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skills.
Education/Skills/Experience
• Formal Academic training in a related field of study from two-year college or technical school and two years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• 6 months of experience in the same industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
