We are looking for a charismatic hospitality professional with strong experience in the Front desk or F&B operations Experience in managing both will be considered an added advantage The desired candidate is expected to have at least 3 years of experience working in hotels, restaurants, malls, or in travel & tourism, overlooking operations Experience in creating and executing events will also be considered a plus Scope This role would require the team member to work closely with the city regional, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and management of the Campus. Core Work Areas: Operations & Management Customer Service Profitability and Revenue Operations and Management: Implements lobby, concierge, and F&B-related strategies. Liaises with Marketing, Sales, Training, Technology, and other teams for execution of Campus operations, promotions, and events. Works closely with vendors to ensure SLAs and SOWs are being followed and brand standards are being always maintained. Customer Service: Helps design and execute operational procedures and programs to ensure service consistency in all areas. Closely work with internal stakeholders and functions to ensure the smooth functioning of all departments and collaboration in service. Develop and run periodic surveys related to service offerings to gain feedback from clients. Prepare strategies based on feedback to improve product and service offerings. Utilize this data to develop trends and insights that will drive continuous improvement in the site performance. Motivate employees to play a central role in customer care by bringing superior organisational skills, attention to detail, and passion to delight. Profitability and Revenue: Works closely with city and regional heads execute effective operations strategy that is profitable. Supports the campus team to develop strong operational processes increasing efficiencies and reducing costs. Driving partnerships and alliances for enhanced revenue opportunities Preferred qualifications Qualification: Bachelors Degree
