Job Description
Location: ChennaiExperience: 3+ years into Operations.Candidates must have Freight forwarding / Logistics background.Ensure co-ordination with shippers, transporters and the cfs, for safe arrival of cargo and assist in customer clearance at the cfs/ terminals/ port.Co-ordinate any document formalities at cfs/ port/ airport terminals with customers and port authorities.Ensure timely cargo loading before the cargo cut off as advised by the airline/ carriers and handling over the cleared cargo to the terminal/port.Cargo inspections and reporting any shortages, excess, damages to the cargo if any to the customer service team and client.Obtaining delivery order, shipping bill copy, various certificates, fumigation and survey as and when requested.Have regular co-ordination with customer service and documentation person
